Careers

Our Mission

We  are an organization dedicated to helping every member maximize their potential in work they are passionate about while designing and developing software that contributes significantly to the successes of our customers.

Our Culture

We are a results-oriented organization. All team members are judged by the results they accomplish. Our most important measure of success is how each team member contributes to the success and growth of other team members and how each team member contributes to the overall success of our customers. While we love to experiment, we are also a systems-oriented organization. If something works, we capture it as a defined system, if it continues to work, we reinforce, repeat and reward. We believe in hard work, integrity and shared rewards. This is reflected in our profit-sharing, referral bonus and other employee benefits including unlimited sick and vacation days. Finally, we believe work should be fun. Fun helps us get to know each other better, as well as be able to address conflicts when they arise, while keeping our egos in check.
